AI Chatbot Proof of Concept for Booking Spaces
To explore how users could book spaces using a conversational interface powered by AI.
The Brief
To allow users to bulk-book resources, like reserving a desk at the same time every day through a chatbot, rather than using the existing manual process.
The Objective
Designed a sleek AI chat design to support space booking via AI interaction. I created a working prototype to show how the UX flow should work.
The Solution
The process involved combination of stakeholder interviews & collaboration, iteration and conceptual wireframe sketches before coming to the completed PoC designs.

Used this brief as an opportunity to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to challenging concepts.
The result was a clean, friendly interface that handled multi-step bookings in a more human way. If developed further, I’d love to evolve this concept into something more context-aware by offering proactive suggestions, real-time validation, and fallback paths for more clarity and control.
